Payments
All payments are required at the time of service. For OHP clients, no credit card is required, and you will never be charged out of pocket fees. All payments are completed using our Electronic Medical Records system. No clinicians have access to your personal financial details.

Scheduling
We understand that living with disability and chronic illness can make it very difficult to reliably keep appointment times. We ask that you give your providers as much notice as you can, and inform us if you can't attend a session or need to reschedule. If you do not show up for a recurring appointment, your therapist may cancel your recurring appointments if we don't hear from you. This will be communicated to you in advance.
For Non-OHP Clients:
If you need to reschedule for a non-medical reason with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a 50% late cancel fee; you will be notified about this charge before it processes to give you a chance to reschedule. If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying your provider, you may be charged up to the full fee of the session.

All of our providers accept the following forms of Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan (OHP):

No other form of insurance is currently accepted.
We are not in network with any private insurance. However, we can provide receipts or a 'Superbill' for your insurance company so you can seek reimbursement for our services as an "Out of Network" Provider. Contact us to talk more about this process.

Maximum Out of Pocket Rates for Typical Services
If you cannot afford these rates and we don't accept your insurance, we are happy to talk with you about ways to make you care more affordable. Your therapist can talk with you about your options during your free consultation call.
- Individual Therapy, 60 mins: $200
- Individual Therapy, 45 mins: $150
- Individual Therapy, 30 mins: $100
- Group Therapy: $55/session
