Special Training: intergenerational and religious trauma, navigating power differentials, teletherapy efficacy, anti-ableist therapy; Current PhD Candidate in Counseling Education and Supervision

Focus: neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, trauma, depression, anxiety

Special interests/training: neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, CALM, ASSIST, DBT​, anti-ableist therapy

Primary Modalities: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI)
